Tony Farinella
Tony Farinella is the Manager of the IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) Provider Network for Florida Community Care for the IDD Pilot Program. Previously, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of a non-profit that assists individuals with disabilities obtain meaningful employment in collaboration with FL Division of Vocational Rehab.
He also had a 27-year career in health care, which he held various roles in skilled nursing home organizations in multiple states. Those roles included COO of Premier Workforce Solutions, COO of GIG Consulting Solutions, Regional Vice President, Director of Transitional Care and Nursing Home Administrator. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Florida International University.
Mr. Farinella possesses a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University. He is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie Training. In addition, Mr. Farinella served in the United States Army and National Guard for six years, where he received numerous Meritorious Achievement Medals, along with a Good Conduct Medal.
