Statement Regarding Transition of Carlton Palms Residents

Disability Rights Florida is aware of Bellwether Behavioral Health’s notice to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities that it will no longer operate in Florida as of May 31, 2018. Disability Rights Florida is committed to the safe transition of residents from Carlton Palms to settings that will meet each individual’s unique needs and will remain in contact with APD during the process. Please contact us if you need assistance in navigating this transition process.
