Who We Are
Disability Rights Florida is a nonprofit organization that provides legal advocacy and rights protection for adults and children with a wide range of disabilities. We are a part of the National Disability Rights Network, comprised of 57 agencies that protect people with disabilities in every state and U.S. territory. We also have a federally granted power called access authority, which means we can investigate and monitor facilities that provide care and treatment to people with disabilities to protect resident rights.
