About
On Friday, June 14, 2024, the Florida Governor signed Supported Decision-Making (SDM) into law! Florida joins the 23 other states and the District of Columbia that have passed SDM laws. Now that SDM is law, Florida courts must consider SDM before more restrictive options like guardianship or guardian advocacy. Attend our webinar to learn how you can use and implement SDM in your life!

Morgan is excited to spread the word about this wonderful alternative to guardianship.
Karla D. Herrera is a talented apprentice baker. After graduating from school and technical training, she began her first job at Bellavista Bakery, where she assisted on the production line and with various pastries. Her latest job was at Croissantlicious Bakery, where she assisted with the production of muffins, cookies, and biscotti.
