This webinar will discuss the process for applying for the iBudget Waiver through Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) including the various eligibility categories and the crisis application process.
Learning Objectives: After this webinar, participants will
- Understand the diagnoses required for APD eligibility.
- Know the factors you are required to prove for each eligibility category.
- Know how to submit an application to APD, including a crisis application.

Speaker
Caitlyn Clibbon is the Director of the Community and Healthcare Services Team at Disability Rights Florida which focuses primarily on healthcare and community integration matters. She is an attorney with experience in state court, federal court, and administrative forums. She has experience in many areas of the law including healthcare, education, civil rights, criminal defense, and dependency matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was a social worker and has a special place in her heart for working with children and victims of abuse.
