As a continuation of our series Navigating Medicaid Waivers and Fair Hearings, this webinar focuses on gathering witnesses and the necessary documents in preparation of your hearing.
Learning Objectives:
- How to identify which witnesses to call to testify at your hearing.
- How to craft questions for your witnesses.
- How to identify which documents to use in your fair hearing.
- How to cross examine witnesses from the other side.

Speaker
Caitlyn Clibbon is the Director of the Community and Healthcare Services Team at Disability Rights Florida which focuses primarily on healthcare and community integration matters. She is an attorney with experience in state court, federal court, and administrative forums. She has experience in many areas of the law including healthcare, education, civil rights, criminal defense, and dependency matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was a social worker and has a special place in her heart for working with children and victims of abuse.
