Accessible In-Person Voting Machines

People with disabilities have the right to vote privately and independently. Every poll site in the state must have at least one accessible and operational accessible voting system on election day and during all early voting. These two videos explain how to use the Express Vote and ImageCast ballot marking machines you may find at your polling place.

You can find more videos on Disability Rights Florida's YouTube channel or on the Access the Vote Florida's YouTube channel.

Accessible Vote-By-Mail

Accessible voting is the law, and it applies to both in-person voting and voting by mail.

All of Florida's 67 counties have an accessible vote-by-mail program that enables voters with disabilities to fill out their ballots using their own technology from the comfort of their homes. These step-by-step videos teach you how to use the Democracy Live and Enhanced Voting programs to vote-by-mail.
