This webinar will provide individuals with disabilities and other advocates an overview of reasonable accommodations in the workplace. Reasonable accommodations are adjustments or modifications that enable people with disabilities to perform the essential functions of a job efficiently and productively.

Speaker
Allison Klein has been working at Disability Rights Florida as a Senior Advocate-Investigator and CAP (Client Assistance Program) Coordinator since 2002. She specializes in employment services, including access to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Division of Blind Services (DBS) and the Centers for Independent Living (CIL), as well as accommodations and modifications to the workplace and post-secondary accommodations. She currently serves on the Florida Rehabilitation Council (FRC) and the Accessibility Advisory Council.
