Florida Rule 6A-6.0331
- Students suspected of having a disability are evaluated within a period of time, not to exceed sixty (60) school days of which the student is in attendance, or for prekindergarten children, not to exceed sixty (60) schools days after:
- Pre-referral activities
- Receipt of referral for evaluation
- Receipt of parental consent for evaluation
