Eligibility Meeting and Determination
- The staffing committee uses the Florida State Board of Education Rules to determine eligibility
- It's not enough to merely gather it and have it available in a folder. There must also be evidence that the information, in its entirety, was considered in making the determination regarding the child's eligibility.
