Funds for Private School Students
- If your child has been identified as a student with a disability and you would like your child to be considered for services from the school district, the non-profit private school your child attends must notify the district where the private school is located of your child's needs.
- The school district does not have the obligation to provide any services to your child, but must consider your child in the pool of students eligible for the federal dollars they must spend on students with disabilities in non-profit private schools.
