Step 9: Your Child's IEP is Reviewed
- At least once every 12 months the IEP team meets to talk about the child's progress and to develop a new IEP
- If your child's needs change at any time, as a parent and member of the IEP team, you may ask for an IEP meeting at any time
- Based on the new changes in IDEA if the school district and parent agree - services can be changed without a meeting.
